Q & A
How relay teams work:
Each relay member will take turns running the 4 mile loop (a 2 mile out and back with access to crew and food at the 2 mile mark and the start/finish of each lap) following each other in order, for the duration of the event they signed up for. Teams are allowed to take breaks between loops to rest, eat, use the restrooms, etc. or you can keep running consistently. Upon check-in, relay teams will submit a running order roster and must remain in that order to be "competitive" but may switch it up or start in an unorganized way, and become "helter skelter", meaning you're ineligible for top finisher team awards BUT will still receive a medal, official finishing time, etc.
How to Register a Team
The Team Captain registers, pays for themselves only, creates team name/password. Each additional teammate signs up with team name and password provided by the captain and pays individually.
